Project Schedule

Regular visits by our members in Krakow (in their spare time, of course) will take during the reconstruction of car #137. Most of the preliminary engineering work was completed on a voluntary basis by our own members – something we can be proud of. Reconstruction of car #137 will take place in several steps. The following pictures of our last project, car #144, give some details about these steps.

From March 2026:
Setting technical specifications, preliminary engineering, design of parts.

December 2026 - March 2028:
Manufacturing of underframe and riveted frame parts.

March 2028 – March 2029:
Building and completing of the wooden car body.

October 2030 - March 2031:
Interior finishing and decoration.

January 2030 - October 2031:
Electrical and wiring work.

January 2031 - December 2031:
Overhaul of the historic powered trucks.

Winter 2031 / 2032:
Overhaul of the historic powered trucks.
